The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for local restaurants. the hotel was located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing and getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The hotel was a bit far from the train station, making it difficult to get around without a car. some of the hotel's facilities were difficult to navigate, particularly for non-Japanese speakers.

Located in a serene atmosphere with a scenic view, it's a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. the rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious with a fantastic ryokan-style decor. the onsen on the top floor has a stunning view and is a good place to relax. Plus, the food in the main dining room is excellent with great varieties of dishes to choose from.

The service can be slow and negligent at times, which can be a bit of a downside.
